5010 Claims hold at ENS

Recently we have seen that claims are being held WITHOUT NOTIFICATION by ENS for certain payers even though you may have cleared Level 1 and Level 2 acceptance.

The holds may be related to the 5010 changes.

Please have billing staff should contact ENS if have not received payments for claims in a timely manner.

They can also contact the top payers to ensure they have received the claims.

We have received a list of all payers for which claims are being held or being rejected from ENS. Please refer Document 1 and Document 2 which contains details.
